Description |
A safety pin drawn with loose sketchy lines. Splashes of rainbow paint colour the pin and leak out into the background. I
originally draw this as a response to the idea of people wearing safety pins in solidarity with marginalised people. I
dislike pins of all varieties for sensory reasons, and would only wear a safety pin if it was tiny. Pins aren't a friendly thing
for me, so it's rather like someone wearing a knife to show they're friendly. Seeing as I couldn't get away from all the talk about
pins, I made one I didn't mind, without the cold metal and sharpness. Everything's better with rainbows. |
